Retrain Your Brain to Think Better

So many times we limit what we can accomplish because of  the beliefs that have been held in our subconscious.  This could be from past parenting or relationships but regardless are powerful in hidden messages that our brain believes.

If you are struggling with moving forward in thinking and trying to create a successful business for your self than try to spend a few minutes each morning saying affirmations to yourself.

There are three types that can work:

1-Positive simple statements that just say what you want to become such as “I am a bigger thinker.”

2-Simple statements that add how you will get to that level such as “I am a bigger thinker by surrounding myself with successful, happy people.”

3-Questions that ask yourself questions.  Your brain will try to answer the question expanding your thoughts such as “How can I become a bigger thinker?”

However you choose to retrain your mind doesn’t matter, what matters is that you spend time regularly doing it.

Plan for a few to focus on.  A few thoughts that keep haunting you and stopping your progress and then repeat over and over again an affirmation to reverse that thinking.
